Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cristalespaintingandrefinishing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Cabinet Refinishing, Deck Staining, Fence Staining, Door Refinishing provided by Cristales Painting and Refinishing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Cristales Painting and Refinishing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Cristales Painting and Refinishing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Cristales Painting and Refinishing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Cristales Painting and Refinishing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Cristales Painting and Refinishing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
